Job Description

Your main job responsibilities will include;



  • Provide subject matter expertise for finance systems (including PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase, Workday) to support finance users and processes.


  • Utilize established ITIL processes for incident resolution and request fulfillment.


  • Understand the business impact of incidents and escalate unresolved issues to second-level support, IT, or management promptly.


  • Participate in both routine and complex projects, depending on your experience and position in the learning curve.


  • Assist in developing business requirements, documenting procedures, and testing as a subject matter expert on cross-functional IT/business teams.


  • Guide the activities of entry-level staff and assist with knowledge sharing.


  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure seamless service.



The Successful Applicant



The successful candidate will ideally have 1 - 2 years of finance or IT experience, and ideally have working experience with finance ERP systems, including Workday. They will have a great attitude, strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, and they have great attention to detail.
