Job Description

  • Support the implementation of tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data layer configurations
  • Work closely with the Digital Experience Analytics team and other digital stakeholders to gather tracking requirements
  • Perform testing to validate tag accuracy and overall performance
  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune tag configurations for efficiency
  • Contribute to maintaining clear documentation of tracking setups
  • Stay current with the latest GTM capabilities and digital analytics practices
  • Engage in training and professional development opportunities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Google Tag Manager Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • > 4 years' hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools
  • Proficiency in GTM and digital tracking concepts
  • Effective communication skills, particularly when working with technical teams
  • Well-organized, proactive, and thorough in documenting work
  • Exposure to GA4, Amplitude, or other analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery
