The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations in Malaysia, with hands-on experience in managing Employee Relations (ER), and the ability to provide sound advice to the business.
  • Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), with a strong understanding of business training needs and the ability to collaborate effectively with external training providers.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
