Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to secure partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and forecast sales to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippines and Taiwan markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset to drive results.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
