Job Description

  • Collaborates with cross-functional and international teams (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Business Operations etc) to provide accurate forecasts, manage shipments, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with company goals.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with overseas teams, reviews commercial deals, and supports new business opportunities by assessing their impact on forecasts.
  • Leads configuration reviews and purchase order compliance, handles shipment logistics, and addresses post-delivery issues with root cause analysis and mitigation plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Korean Speaking - Sales Operation professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written), as the role involves regular communication with Korean stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 6 years in the technology industry, with a strong background in Sales Operations or Supply Chain Management.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with prior work experience in Korea will have a significant advantage.
  • Must be able to work in Penang
