Our client-a global leader with an expansive footprint across Asia-is seeking an Organizational Change & Communications Manager to champion internal engagement and change enablement within a fast-paced regional hub environment.
Job Description
- Communication Strategy: Design and execute internal communication strategies that align with global messaging and local cultural nuances, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery across the organization.
- Change Management: Lead and implement change management strategies for key projects and transformation efforts, ensuring smooth adoption and employee readiness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Global Communications, to align messaging and manage change impacts.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), internal communications, and engagement campaigns to strengthen company culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Organizational Change & Communications Manager should have:
- Proven experience in communication and change management, ideally within Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COE), Global Hubs, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
- Strong background in large-scale, multicultural organizations with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across various audiences and cultural contexts.
- Demonstrated success in driving employer branding initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and leading through influence.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively, navigate ambiguity, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
