Job Description
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Resolve escalated invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal requestors.
- Perform and review month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and aged items.
- Supervise and review the work of junior analysts to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPI performance, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance AP operations.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Analyst (Korean Speaker) should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant practical working experience in Accounting/Finance or SSC PTP area
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with strong communication skills. Candidate with TOPIK Level 4 and above is preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
