Job Description
Accounts Payable:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and analyze reports to improve operational processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the accounting & finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior AP Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounts payable or Accounts Receivable or similar financial operations from a mixture of Shared Services & Commercial environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
