AR Specialist

*Responsible for Account Receivable activities such as customer invoicing and billing, cash application and AR reconciliation, journal booking
*Responsible for Treasury activities such as manage cash, manage in house bank accounts, cash flow budgeting and cash reports
*Regularly compile and organize sales related reports, and hold responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the reports
*Manage goods return and relevant account booking
*Perform unique Account Receivable activities upon different regions requirements
*Assist with customer enquiry handling and internal service user enquiry
*Assist with payment arrangement
*Perform other Treasury activities upon different regions requirements
*Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
*Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
