About Our Client

Client is expanding their finance team and looking for talented professionals fluent in Korean to fill multiple roles in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Job Description

  1. Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
  • Manage invoice processing, payment cycles and claims
  • Communicate with Korean vendors regarding payment status and queries
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments and record keeping
  1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and collections from Korean stakeholders
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate AR aging reports
  1. General Ledger (GL) Accountant
  • Manage general ledger postings, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with audit and compliance activities
  • Support financial reporting and ensure regulatory adherence

The Successful Applicant

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Korean: Fluent both written and spoken (TOPIK Level 4 or above is preferred)
    • English: Professional working proficiency (for internal communication)
  • Proven experience in the respective AP, AR, or GL function
  • Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proficient with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle), MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with Korean stakeholders
