Job Description
- Prepare and manage accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.
- Handle tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and maintain financial records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
