Job Description

Your main key duties will include;

Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients across various industries.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's unique hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted candidate searches.
Present top talent efficiently to clients and negotiate rates and contract terms to maximize commercial potential
Work as part of a passionate, driven team, sharing best practices to enhance Michael Page's market presence and financial performance.
Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to sustain business growth and establish your reputation as a recruitment specialist.
