Job Description

  • Develop and implement upstream marketing strategies to support product launches and business growth.
  • Handle and maintain KOL coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and identify customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to recommend actionable insights for product development.
  • Support the regional sales team with tools, training, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate regional marketing activities and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Medical & Product Strategy Specialist should have:

  • Master's degree in Optometry or above (Must)
  • Proven expertise in upstream marketing and market analysis.
  • Experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry practice
  • Very strong in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a regional team environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and data analysis software.
