Job Description
- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Monitor patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet study objectives.
- Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including regulatory submissions.
- Facilitate communication between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to clinical trial guidelines.
- Train and support clinical site staff on study procedures and protocols.
- Ensure timely reporting of study progress and results to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during clinical trials.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Clinical Research Coordinator should have:
- A degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating clinical trials in the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards for clinical research.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in clinical trial management software and tools.
- Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; good attention to details and accuracy; self-management and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent Proficiency in Language - English (read, write, conversation)
