Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the Perak region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Promote the company's products through effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • To support OT cases as per required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Medical Sales Representative should have:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field such as life sciences, healthcare, or sales.
  • Experience in the life science or healthcare industry is highly advantageous; orthopedic is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel within the Perak region as required.
