Job Description

  • Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports on cash flow and receivables for management review.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members within the accounting and finance department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all O2C-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior O2C Manager should have:
